The owners and managers of WSH Kft. (hereinafter: the Company) are convinced that the most important condition for the long-term, successful operation of the Company is Customer satisfaction and ethical, fair business conduct. Both management and employees are committed to distributing high-quality hardware and software products that meet the needs and expectations of customers in every way, avoiding unreasonable environmental impacts, complying with anti-corruption (legal) regulations, and providing high-quality IT services. With their behavior, expertise, and support from partners, they help to continuously maintain the quality of these products and services, protect their condition, ensure their intended use, protect the environment, and minimize corruption risks.

This means for all owners, managers and employees of the Company that they act professionally at a high level, environmentally aware, prudent, conscientious, in full compliance with relevant regulations and professional guidelines, to the best of our knowledge, fairly and honestly in the course of their activities. Our goal is to provide our services accurately and flexibly, while minimizing the impact on the environment and avoiding acts of corruption.

A defining element of the Company's strategy is continuous action against corruption, as part of which the Company takes numerous anti-corruption measures to maintain and develop an internal and external anti-corruption working environment, fair business relations, ethical employee behavior, positive social and partner perception, and good reputation. The anti-corruption controls applied contribute to reducing and minimizing the identified corruption risks. The Company firmly prohibits and opposes all forms of corruption both within the Company and in the cooperation and relationships established with its partners and stakeholders.

It is the fundamental duty of all employees of the Company to comply with the law and to work ethically, qualitatively and environmentally. The Company's management is committed to the continuous development of the integrated management system and voluntarily undertakes to incorporate environmental protection and compliance with anti-corruption controls into the aspects of general management. In line with the above, our expectations of ourselves are that the Company:

  • meets the requirements related to quality management, environmental management and anti-corruption management, 
  • that services and work processes are implemented under regulated and controlled conditions,
  • that legal and compliance obligations are fulfilled at all times,
  • that corruption is prevented in all its forms and that good faith or well-founded concerns are expressed confidentially and without fear of retaliation,
  • that the needs of customers are fully and economically satisfied, that the environment is protected,
  • that its perception by partners and manufacturers is favorable,
  • that its competitiveness, market position and good reputation are continuously strengthened,
  • that its quality culture, environmental awareness and ethical approach are developed, that the commitment to anti-corruption, quality and environmental protection is formed into an internal drive and requirement for every employee.

During the implementation of the adult training service provided by the Company, the Company is committed to increasing the professional knowledge of the training participants and developing the practical applicability of this knowledge at the skill level. With up-to-date, modern IT training courses and the objectivity of the examination processes and examination conditions, it ensures the basis for the independent recognition of the acquired professional knowledge by our examination partner. It effectively supports the transfer and understanding of knowledge with a modern adult education infrastructure and the help of competent and highly qualified professionals.

The Company is improving its integrated management system in order to achieve professional, business, environmental and anti-corruption goals, taking into account the internationally accepted requirements defined by its Clients. Continuous quality improvement, corruption risk minimization, environmental load reduction and pollution prevention are the permanent tasks of all employees of the Company. We continuously measure and evaluate our customers' satisfaction and the achievement of our goals.

All our employees have the obligation to report any violation or suspicion of violation of the guidelines and regulations set out in the legislation, this integrated management policy and anti-corruption regulations. The Company ensures under all circumstances that no one suffers any disadvantage, discrimination or liability as a result of reporting to the Data Protection and Data Processing Information Mediation Bodies as described above, if they did so in good faith or reasonably suspected a corruption incident (suspicion thereof). The Company also ensures that the whistleblower will not suffer any disadvantage, discrimination or liability, even if he/she has refused to participate in the corrupt act.

In order to achieve its goals, the Company operates an integrated management system designed in accordance with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 37001 standards, in accordance with the provisions of this integrated management policy, to which all employees of the Company are committed. The Company's management undertakes to comply with applicable requirements and laws, prevent and avoid corruption, improve environmental performance, and conserve materials and energy. It undertakes to provide the conditions and resources necessary to achieve the designated goals and objectives.

Compliance with the provisions of the integrated management policy is the responsibility of all employees and managers of the Company. The Company's managers are responsible for communicating, supporting the understanding and acceptance of, and enforcing certain elements of the regulatory environment. The person responsible for anti-corruption compliance is the integrated management manager, and he or she performs his or her duties free from any influence or conflict of interest. The Company ensures with all means at its disposal that any unethical behavior and/or corruption incident revealed based on the applied anti-corruption controls and reports is investigated, and that the (legal) consequences prescribed by the relevant laws and the regulatory environment are applied.
